TinyFrames ("we", "us", or "our") is an iOS application that helps users create photo albums from their personal photo library using illustrated templates. The app is operated by an independent developer and can be reached at [email protected].

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not collect:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
• We do not access, upload, or store your photos on any server.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• We do not use advertising SDKs or sell data to third parties.
• We do not create user profiles or use device identifiers for tracking.

3. How the App Works

TinyFrames operates entirely on your device:

• Photos: You grant access to your photo library through the standard iOS permission prompt. Photos are only read locally to compose album pages. They are never uploaded to any server.
• Album storage: All albums you create are saved to the local storage of your device (the app's Documents directory). They are not synced or backed up by us.
• Template images: Illustrated template images are downloaded from our server when you build an album. These requests contain no personal data — only a numeric template ID. Downloaded templates are cached on-device to reduce repeated requests.
• Exports: PDF, JPEG, and video exports are generated entirely on-device. Exported files go to your device's Photos library or share sheet — we have no access to them.

4. In-App Purchases

TinyFrames offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("TinyFrames Pro") through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment card information, transaction details, or Apple ID information. For questions about purchase history, refunds, or billing, please contact Apple Support.

5. Network Requests

The app makes network requests to our server solely for:

• Fetching the list of available templates (metadata: name, slot count, dimensions).
• Downloading template images by numeric ID.

These requests are made over HTTPS and contain no personal data. Server logs may retain standard HTTP access logs (IP address, timestamp, path) for operational purposes. These are not linked to individuals and are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

TinyFrames is designed to be used by parents and caregivers to create albums of their children's photos. The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no personal data from any user, no special provisions are required beyond our standard policy.

7. Data Security

Since all user data (photos, albums) remains on your device, its security is governed by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and iOS data protection). We strongly encourage you to keep your device updated and secured with a passcode.

8. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or social SDK. The only external service involved is Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store any personal data about you, there is no data to access, correct, or delete on our end. If you wish to remove your albums, you can do so directly within the app or by deleting the app from your device.
